I used the videos on this site to clean out the Hoover and let it dry in the sun. Then I put in the new filter and hey presto, the Hoover no longer emits an odour when vacuuming. I've just received my new Henry reusable/washable bag, and it's a beauty. It's larger than the usual bags and has a sturdy zip at the bottom so it can be emptied when full. I'm absolutely delighted with my new purchase as I can see it lasting ages and saving me money. I do all my Henry/Hetty shopping at HenryBags, as they are always so friendly if you need to call them for information or recommendations, and of course they're very reasonable! If you don't already shop with them do give them a go - and no, I have no connection with the company, living on the south coast as I do, I just like their products and attitude...

The new motor arrived quickly and was easy to install using the tutorial provided. Very happy with the product which was considerably cheaper than ordering from Henry! It’s given my hoover a new lease of life without breaking the bank!

Great quality design, ordered 2 so i can have a spare whilst washing, very pleased with this item for my henry pet. I run a domestic cleaning business, these bags take the hassle out of emptying henry. Sometimes henry can open unexpectedly so i now have peace of mind that all the dirt and dust will stay inside the bag and not end up all over a clients floor, very pleased with my purchase .
