I have tried the cyclone and confirm it is of some use to us.
The unit was tested with standard Henry floor tool and pipes, which work, but the cyclone connections together with a considerable overall weight make it quite floppy and unstable. Maybe a shorter lighter setup would work.
We also set the cyclone up with a smaller dusting brush together with a short length of pipe and this worked very well for colleting dust off workbenches and seems quite stable.
As you suggested, large items do get stuck inside the cyclone.
Will continue to use the cyclone and update you with progress.

The additional length is great but the hose is noticeably narrower than the regular hose which can cause it to get blocked if you hoover up items like a small cardboard tag.
Easy to fit with zip function to empty when full. Disappilointing delivery company didn't even knock to let me know they had arrived. Only knew because camera activated.

Universal adapter with enough give in material to fit nice and tightly over end of Henry Hoover, looks ideal for the job.

This is a great option for adapting my sander. Found it works well once it is cut down to fit hoover hose. Saves loads of dust flying around or the need for a new sander.

Bought new cable filter and hi low switch excellent replacement products and original although I did replace the high low low switch this didn’t work it appears to be more of a circuit issue but this switch is a great replacement emailed Jonny regarding products before ordering fast and pleasant reply from this business would not hesitate to reorder from them again easy 5stars overall
