Hose split one end and I managed to fix that, but when the machine end split I had to buy a new hose . Ordered from Henry bags ? at a reasonable price and it arrived in quick time , I watched the video to check how to do it on their website and repaired it in around an hour . Now working perfectly and a plus the trigger is so much easier to operate so I can now keep up with our cat .🤮

Thank your head tool. It's not a wide as the old one resulting in a better suction action. I was looking for another head tool for cleaning the stairs because the old one broke and I ordered one but the website provided me an knock off. I'm very disappointed.

My originaly molded plug that came with the hoover somehow broke, bought this as a replacement, managed to fit the plug myself and it works perfectly.
I was using the original head for about a week, I was struggling to push it in my carpets BB untill I discovered the airo brush!!..it really does work a charm..hoovering is so much easier now..and no loss of suction too..
Money well spent...get one!!
