I'm actually writing this review in case it's helpful to someone as stupid as I am. I ordered the wrong product (my own fault). I needed to connect my Henry as a dust extractor, to a Milwaukee circular saw, so (obviously) I should have ordered the Power Tool/Sander adapter. The clue is in the name. This part had slightly too small a diameter for the power tool. Not a problem; I cut a one inch section from an old bike tyre inner tube to make a gasket and it's perfect; an airtight fit. I suspect it's better than the actual correct part. (HenryBags product people - try it. I'm a genius.)
Had trouble getting it when I needed one so just got it when you had it back in stock just so I got it to have thanks

I had ruined the original filter when I had vacuumed up some natural powder to deter fleas. My very helpful retrievers had played tug with the henry bag beforehand and I hadn't realised there was a hole in the bag so the powder went everywhere! I wanted to buy a replacement and was pleasantly surprised that it was much cheaper than I had expected and came with 10 huge bags plus free delivery! I am very impressed with the service and the products too! Thank you so much!
I bought my Henry in 1992, and apart from a replacement hose (which was damaged in the last house move) I’ve never replaced anything. I thought he deserved a new floor head tool as a reward for many years of service, but I struggled with the Henry Neumatic site, as it wasn’t easy to navigate. Then I noticed the Henry Bags site, so thought I’d take a look. I’m very glad I did, because it was straightforward to use (even for an oldie like me…) and items were easy to find and had excellent explanations…..and also very helpful videos. As a result, I purchased the new floor head tool I had originally set out to find, plus the new floor head tool, with the little wheels that whiz across my parquet floor, and the revelation of the decade…the extension hose for vacuuming the stairs!! That was totally down to the excellent video clip that Jonny had done!
Ordering and payment was very straightforward and my items were quickly despatched. I also received a discount for multiple items ordered….it couldn’t really get any better than that! But it did….because I contacted Jonny &Jade because I couldn’t detach Henry’s hose from the pipe, and they offered advice to help (it worked!)

Henry has got us through a complete renovation. I even managed to attach it to power tools. 2 years later., for no reason it stopped working. Watching the videos we thought it was the green power switch. We ordered new one, replaced it by watching the video and Henry was restored. So pleased. Thank you.

The order was executed timeously. I fixed the machine and it is in excellent condition. The suction pipe was also blocked and I think that also affected the previous motor.
Most importantly, Henry bags was on point with communication, almost immediately after the order I got all the updates.
