This seems to work well. The brush is suction powered so I was a little worried the vacuum would lose suction. If it does, this is more than made up for by the vigorous action of the brush . My partner finds it better as it is less likely to stick to the floor and requires less effort to manoeuvre. Overall a good value upgrade that I fully recommend.
Part was delivered rapidly. Instruction video was easy to follow.
I did find the terminations a bit of a faff - I didn't have a suitable crimp tool. Long nosed pliers worked, but you have to use them to "roll" the tabs around the bare conductor. If they are just folded over and crushed down they won't grip properly.
The vaccum was delivered as promised on time and looking great. Two weeks later the vaccum is working well. I would buy from this company again.

Def check which Henry you have and which size you have. I wanted the HEPA filter but my machine is the smaller 11” which I hadn’t realised until prompted to check by the website. Thankfully I did check and it wasn’t the 12” so I could only get the standard filter for 11”.
Took out the old one, put in the new one - immediate difference and fresher air.
Fits well and works well.

Broke the hose and duct tape wasn’t holding the vacuum any longer. Flinched at £55 head replacements online. Found this hose through Google for just under £10 with free postage. Absolute bargain. Bit of a b’d to replace but thanks to the very helpful and reassuring video from the team, we had success! Henry Quick now works well with back to original level of performance.
(It’s really had to write a review on a vacuum hose that doesn’t sound odd btw).
Anyway the team also included this weird smelling circular thing and a quick google showed us we had been missing a feature of our Henry Quick for years - the ability to use scent pods at the top. Oops. And thanks!

Our replacement motor for our George arrived quickly & is now fitted and working perfectly once more. Even better is that Henry Bags isn't some gigantic corporation but a family run business {like us) that obviously works on the traditional foundation of good customer service & good reasonably priced products. I would highly recommend Henry Bags!
