I needed three additional parts for my Henry hoover, sent a query late evening and had a prompt response the following morning, along with a resolution for each query.The parts in question was a 38mm hose , an adapter to fit standard 32mm pipes and a sanding extractor to fit my power tools , Pleased to say that all parts were delivered promptly, they all fit and work great..! Works as described. Arrived on time and in good packing Would have liked some instructions as YouTube video doesn't show how to wir properly as it moves to fast and the actual connections aren't shown clearly.
However part works perfectly and Henry is on full power.
