Our Henry died and rather than simply buying another one I thought I would research the fault and found the videos which guides me through the process. Finally found the issue to be the pcb so purchased a new one and completed the job easily and now Henry lives. Thanks, great service.
Had a Henry that smelt really bad when switched on so watched the video, ordered the parts I needed, cleaned the other parts and re-assembled. Henry working well with no smell. Job done and many thanks HenryBags

Great product, exactly what I needed. I didn't need a kit with all the accessories, just this main bit which seems to be few a far between. Arrived and working perfectly. I'm very pleased.

Upgraded to the 1200w motor, good increase in power, but I also fitted a new airfilter at the same time and the total increase resulting from both actions almost seemed to double the output - well worth both actions!

Brilliant connection from sander to Henry minimum dust to clean up after sanding
Hose split one end and I managed to fix that, but when the machine end split I had to buy a new hose . Ordered from Henry bags ? at a reasonable price and it arrived in quick time , I watched the video to check how to do it on their website and repaired it in around an hour . Now working perfectly and a plus the trigger is so much easier to operate so I can now keep up with our cat .🤮
