Refund policy

All products ordered are covered by a 30-day return policy.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if something is not quite right, please follow the steps below to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

If your item has arrived damaged, or part of your order is missing, please email help@henrybags.co.uk and we can arrange a replacement. There may be no need to return your damaged item. 

In order to receive a refund for any part of your order, you must return the item(s) to us in their original condition, including any packaging, within 30 days of receipt. You may have ordered the incorrect part or simply changed your mind. 

If items are not received in their original condition and within this time frame, we may be unable to issue a refund.

On receipt of the return, we will issue the refund. Any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 7 working days.

Please be aware that customers pay for returning items. If an item had arrived faulty or it is the incorrect item, a replacement item will be offered instead of a refund.

Parts Promise

Our 12 month parts promise covers any item which has the policy stated on it. If the part breaks through normal use within 12 months, we will replace it.

Please contact us to claim. As part of the processes we may ask for photos of the part and your vacuum cleaner itself. We my also request you to follow a video should it be a simple maintenence issue (eg hair caught around a brush roller). We cannot offer this policy on all parts such as platics that have been broken by accident. 

Guidelines for 'normal use' mean that any water damaged parts, items damaged though neglect or accident would nolonger be covered by this warranty. 

We reserve the right to refuse warranty should we feel that it is being abused in any way. 

Refunds of any kind will not be issued if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase. The Parts promise is for exchange / replavement of items only.
