Free UK postage 

We know you want your order quickly, so we make dispatch a top priority.

Dispatched Within 1 Working Day – All orders are sent out within 1 working day (Monday–Friday). In many cases, we’re able to ship the very same day if your order is placed early.

Free UK shipping on all orders (2-3 Day Service) . All delivery times are shown as working days (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays), Any estimated delivery times are just that, estimated.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Express Postage 

Upgrade available for a small fee. See checkout for details. 

Items dispatched within 1 working day

Delivery services used include Royal Mail, DPD, DX or Amazon Logistics depending upon the size and weight of the item. 

Incorrect Addresses 

Products will be delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery details you provide are correct. If the address is incorrect or incompete your item will usually be returned to us. You can then have it resent at the cost of £4.95. Alternatively you can have a full refund minus this amount. 

If the item does not arrive back with us we are unable to offer free replacement items. 

Delivery Delays 

We work hard to deliver all orders within the states window, excluding non-working days (inc. Bank Holidays.) On rare occasions, due to circumstances out of our reasonable control, delivery may take a little longer. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you, which results from an unavoidable delay in shipping or delivery for any reason other than our negligence.

Please note that if you order more than one product in a single order, on rare occasions they may be dispatched separately and arrive with you at different times and in some cases from different stock locations or third parties. 
Eg. Parts may be sent separately to a vacuum cleaner.  

Third Party Shipments 

From time to time, be it due to low stock levels, holidays or convenience, we will ship items direct form the supplier or manufacturer. This ensures that your item arrives quickly without delay. All terms of service still apply including our returns policy. Our suppliers may choose to use various shipping companies such as UPS and Amazon Logistics. These preferred couriers will still deliver your order within the estimated time scale displayed when you placed your order. 

International Shipping

Apologies for any inconvenience but no matter what we do, or how many hoops we jump through, shipments to Ireland have become a huge issue with less that 5% of them making it through customs with no delays. Most parcels are rejected and returned meaning postage is lost and customers are left disappointed. We have therfor decided that the costs that we are facing are just not worthwhile. We want happy customers, not disppointed ones.
