Finding the best Henry Hoover for pet hair sounds like an easy thing to do, but with the ever growing range of models, it can get confusing. Here are the options in simple terms.

It turns out too that if you already own a Henry, you do not have to buy a new one to turn him into the best Henry hoover for pet hair.
Henry Pet Vacuum
On face value, this seems like the obvious choice when pet owners are looking for a new Henry.
It comes with a filter to reduce pet owners and also a great mini Airo brush tool that spins to pick up pet hairs. Great for sofas, stairs and small carpeted rooms.

**EDIT: Not meaning to add to the confusion, but there is now a 'Henry Pet Pro' model which is exclusive to John Lewis. This model also comes with the full size Airo Brush Tool. Not entirely sure how long this model will be available but it would be a better all round choice a little bit more money of course.
Harry
Harry has been around well before the Henry Pet, to put it simply, if you are buying a new Harry Model, he is exactly the same as the Henry Pet

Henry Xtra
The Henry extra is not marketed as a pet vacuum, but in some ways can be better than the Henry Pet.
It doesnt have the odour reducing filter, But it does have the full size Airo Brush Tool... So if you have larger rooms or wish to have the best tool that exists for carpets covered in pet hair.. this could be a good option.
You also get the hard floor tool with this model, so if you have other rooms with laminate for example, it would definitely be a great option for you.

What if your old Henry Could be the Best Henry for Pet Hair?
It seems crazy, but you may be looking to buy a new vacuum when the perfect one has been under your stairs the entire time.
The models above are just Henry vacuums with different tools.. So why not save your money and just buy the tools that suit your needs.
And what about this.. Your old Henry may well have the more power motor than the 620w... Some old models are 1200w... which is why I said you could already have the best one.
Simply buy the Henry Airo Brush Tool and even the filter if you wish, and you will have an amazing pet hair vacuum without the huge expense.
