Henry Hose Repair
Henry hoses can get damaged, especially at the end where it connects to the pipes and tools.
If your Henry hose is damaged you may not need to buy a full hose. You can just replace the end.... known as the cuff... it’s much better than using duct tape to repair your old one.
This cuff is exactly the same on Hetty, James, Edward, Harry, Charles and George
This is how to fit the Henry Hose Cuff ...
- Cut your Henry Hoover hose just below the cuff, or if your hose is split, cut just short of the damage.
- Fit the retaining ring to the Henry hose first. this is the smallest part of the Henry cuff kit.
- Twist the inner threaded part of the kit onto the end of your hose. Twist ANTI-CLOCKWISE until it’s a snug fit.
- Push the new cuff onto the end of your hose and clip the retaining ring into place.
That’s it... your done. A very simple repair.
