Genuine Henry Power Indicator LED Light - Bypass PCB Modification

Delivered as promised, on time. Easy to use instructions even for a novice like myself. Thank you to all concerned. A big thanks to Jonny for his help. A very good company to deal with.

Works as described. Arrived on time and in good packing Would have liked some instructions as YouTube video doesn't show how to wir properly as it moves to fast and the actual connections aren't shown clearly.

However part works perfectly and Henry is on full power.

Part was delivered rapidly. Instruction video was easy to follow.
I did find the terminations a bit of a faff - I didn't have a suitable crimp tool. Long nosed pliers worked, but you have to use them to "roll" the tabs around the bare conductor. If they are just folded over and crushed down they won't grip properly.

I ordered a power switch and connectors also gave me a hoover bag great service will buy again

This is a great mod for when the Hi/Lo aspect stops working.
Easy to fit just by using the wires already there and comes with great instructions to use too. A great company with super fast delivery.

Had problem with Henry not working . Found HenryBags video . Problem solved. Ordered recommended parts. Arrived promptly fitted as per instructions supplied and problem solved. Communication with Jonny was good. A bonus was the free Henry bag included. Very pleased Paul Lunnon

Recommend firstly the Henry (or the other family!) hoover which has done me proud with no issues for years- and secondly these guys are super helpful when it came to customer service, quality, speed and value! You wont be disappointed !!! X x

Great believer in recycling.
When Henry ceased to be ,our dilemma was do we spend £6 on new parts or £125 new Henry.
With the genuine parts dispatched at speed I removed Henry’s shell and proceeded with care and YouTube at hand to take him apart .
On receipt of parts including clear wiring diagram Henry was put back together and back to full power in less than 30 minutes.

Replaced the existing lamp with unit supplied. however the new unit although brighter than the original is still not very clear especially in bright light . Have seen Henry's with a very much brighter light so what is wrong.
The service from Henry bags was very good with quick delivery etc.

Light came with wiring diagram but took a week to arrive.

The parts arrived quite quickly (not always the way with the Post Office). Simple to install

Great idea to replace a function that has failed and to be honest found switching it to hi power every time I used it a pain. So this not only bypasses the failed pcb issue but finishes off the Henry in looks and working order cheaply.

As I'm not a sparky, the support video on youtube was great. The kit came complete and on time, no complaints. Job done, happy wife or me, depends on who is using Henry!

Excellent service from Henrybags using their parts and diy videos. Our Hetty had decided to blow a circuit board down tools and point blank refused to work. After Internet diagnoses I figured major surgery was required and after watching HBags bypass PCB video, ordered the necessary part. This came in short order and the operation was easily completed. Now Hetty is in fine form even though she doesn’t have two speeds but then, who ever uses the low speed anyway. Thanks HenryBags for the parts and passing on your knowledge.
