I followed the video demonstration. I part drilled out the rivets and then teased the contacts apart and left the original contacts in place. All went well, a great vacuum cleaner , a good parts supplier, with helpful advice in the video. Thank you to you both

Needed a Henry vacuum cable reel contact kit. Contacted this small company and received a compatible kit. This kit was excellent and arrived promptly by 1st class post. Fitting was straight forward but had to make up spacers after removal of defective parts. Would appreciate if these were included. All in all a very pleasant experience from a small company that appreciates its customers. Would definitely recommend them.

I have a Henry and emptied it recently. I also undid the 4 screws to clean the inside - only a technician would do this. I ordered new contacts - again only a technician would. The new contacts arrived very quickly and have replaced the broken contact. Thankyou for the fast delivery.

Our Henry’s power kept cutting out so I did some Googling to diagnose the fault. After finding the Henry Bags video on replacing the power contacts, I ordered this kit and had the job done in less than 20 minutes :)

Excellent guidance on the Henry Bags website, both for choosing and fitting the correct part to repair the Henry of a local cafe. Won a dinner 😋.

Genuine replacement parts, which I fitted easily in minutes. Spring contracts themselves differ slightly from the original, in that they're just pressed copper instead of having welded/riveted contact points, but they fit and work fine

If I could give 10 stars I would. After watching the YT video on the Henry Bags channel, we thought we may need new contacts and a new power cable. After consulting with Johnny the new parts duly arrived. Thanks to Johnny and the Henry Bags team we now have Henry back. This has saved us having to fork out over £100 for a brand new Henry. Will be using all things Henry Bags now for Henry and our Hetty (who resides upstairs).
