I've just received my new Henry reusable/washable bag, and it's a beauty. It's larger than the usual bags and has a sturdy zip at the bottom so it can be emptied when full. I'm absolutely delighted with my new purchase as I can see it lasting ages and saving me money. I do all my Henry/Hetty shopping at HenryBags, as they are always so friendly if you need to call them for information or recommendations, and of course they're very reasonable! If you don't already shop with them do give them a go - and no, I have no connection with the company, living on the south coast as I do, I just like their products and attitude...
The new motor arrived quickly and was easy to install using the tutorial provided. Very happy with the product which was considerably cheaper than ordering from Henry! It’s given my hoover a new lease of life without breaking the bank!

Great quality design, ordered 2 so i can have a spare whilst washing, very pleased with this item for my henry pet. I run a domestic cleaning business, these bags take the hassle out of emptying henry. Sometimes henry can open unexpectedly so i now have peace of mind that all the dirt and dust will stay inside the bag and not end up all over a clients floor, very pleased with my purchase .

This tool makes cleaning the sofas so much easier! It really buffs up all the dust from soft furnishings, and you can easily remove the accumulated dirt from the fabric strips by running the vacuum hose back and forth over it to keep it fresh. Great product!
Needed a Henry vacuum cable reel contact kit. Contacted this small company and received a compatible kit. This kit was excellent and arrived promptly by 1st class post. Fitting was straight forward but had to make up spacers after removal of defective parts. Would appreciate if these were included. All in all a very pleasant experience from a small company that appreciates its customers. Would definitely recommend them.
