Took two weeks from ordering to delivery.
The box had been opened by someone prior to me receiving it
The motor ran poor due to the brushes having jagged edges which I had to smooth off myself with the Dremel in order for the motor to run correctly.
Poor would not recommend.

Sorry that you didnt have a great experience. The estimated delivery date stated when you ordered was 26th-27th July... It arrived on the 27th. We do kindly ask customers to message us if a part is damaged in transit and we will replace on a next day service.
