This is a genuine Dyson motorised floor head that fits many Dyson cordless models including V7, V8, V10, V11 and V15.
It’s the original simple motorhead design that Dyson supplied with many machines before newer versions such as the High Torque or Anti-Hair Tangle heads appeared.
This head will replace those newer versions if required, making it a good option if you simply want a reliable standard floor head.
⚠️ Important: This head does NOT fit Dyson V12 models.
I use these exact types of heads regularly in my own repairs and they are the style often shown in my YouTube cleaning and repair videos.
