Gtech AirRam Mk1 Drive Cog & Belt Repair Kit (AR01, AR02, DM001)

I use these exact parts in my own vacuum repairs and they are the same workshop-grade components you’ll see me fitting in my Gtech repair videos.

I know this isn’t a Henry part – but I wanted to make it easier for people with Gtech machines to fix that dreaded grinding noise properly and stop them being thrown away unnecessarily.

If it’s good enough for my workshop, it’s good enough to sell here.

What This Part Fixes

  • Horrible grinding or "screeching" noise when the brushroll is turned on
  • Brushroll has stopped spinning entirely due to a stripped plastic cog
  • Loss of drive power caused by a snapped or stretched belt

UK Compatibility List

This repair kit fits the following Gtech Mk1 models:

  • Gtech AirRam Mk1 Series: AR01, AR02, AR03, AR05
  • Gtech AirRam K9 Mk1: DM001, AR09

Important Note: This kit is for the Mk1 (rectangular head) models only. It will NOT fit the Mk2 models (AR20, AR29, K9 Mk2) which use a different drive system.
