I use these exact parts in my own vacuum repairs and they are the same workshop-grade components you’ll see me fitting in my Gtech repair videos.
I’ve put this kit together because in my workshop, I usually find that when a drive cog strips, the filters are also long overdue for a change. Replacing both at once ensures your motor stays cool while your brushroll gets back to work.
If it’s good enough for my repair bench, it’s good enough for your machine.
What This Kit Fixes

- The dreaded "grinding" or "screeching" noise from a stripped drive cog

This service kit fits the following Gtech Mk1 models:
- Gtech AirRam Mk1 Series: AR01, AR02, AR03, AR05
- Gtech AirRam K9 Mk1: DM001, AR09
Important Note: This kit is for the Mk1 (rectangular head) models only. It will NOT fit the Mk2 models (AR20, K9 Mk2).
