Genuine Gtech AirRam MK2 Brush Bar Roller (Metal End Cap Upgrade)
The brush bar on Gtech AirRam vacuums is well known for seizing at the end cap or becoming packed with hair.
I use these exact brush bars in my own Gtech repairs, and it’s one of the most common fixes I carry out when an AirRam becomes noisy or hard to maintain.
I know this isn’t a Henry part – but I wanted to make it easier for people with Gtech machines to fix a very common issue properly and stop perfectly good vacuums being thrown away.

New Upgraded Brush Bar Design
- Metal end cap for improved strength and durability
- Improved release button helps prevent the brush bar sticking in the future
- Anti-hair wrap spiral bristle layout helps reduce hair tangling around the roller
NOTE: This is the newer upgraded design and replaces the older brush bar style.
