I needed new carbon brushes for my Henry. Once ordered, the brushes arrived very quickly. A link to a video of how to change the brush was really very helpful. The order process and customer service was simple and smooth throughout. Excellent service all round. No hesitation in recommending Henry bags for a quality service and support.

The good old henry stopped working, took it to bits and discovered the carbon brushes were totally gone. I watched the videos on the site to find the right ones and put in the order. It was a fairly easy job, just needed a Phillips screwdriver.

Great replacements for the DL21102T motor nice and easy to fit got my Nieces Henry nice and smooth again with plenty of power he can Live on for many more years. The Hi/Lo bypass led is a great addition too. A great Company that supplies and delivers super quick.

Found these guys through internet search, really helpful videos on the website, which meant I found out that it was just the carbon brushes I needed to purchase and reuse the plastic holder (couldn’t match the plastic holder to anything coming up on the web)
£12.99, about ten minutes to swop them over and Henry is back up and running and not in land fill.
Dispatched quickly and came first class so all good thanks.

I came across your video online, striped Henry down to find the motor brushes were worn right down.
I ordered a set of replacement brushes, they arrived in good time.
Changed the brushes, put Henry back together and he is now fully functional.
Really helpful videos, another Henry saved from landfill.

Contacted Henry Bags for some advice on fixing my broken hoover. They couldn’t have been more helpful. A very friendly guy called Jonny emailed me back very promptly with some excellent advice on diagnosing the issues I was having. Ordered the new carbon brushes and hey presto the hoover now lives! They are ok . The original brushes were housed in Brass holders, these are steel brass plated & are black. They are alright for that money !

I ordered 2 carbon brushes and it was so easy to get the right ones for my motor. What was left in Henry after 20 years were 2mm long and burnt out. The new ones arrived - about 2cm long, fitted perfectly and my Henry is back in action!!!! Great service and £10 saved a whole new Henry and the planet! Thank you!!!! Graeme

Went on YouTube diagnosed problem. Stripped it down and the problem was one carbon brush completely worn. You had them in stock. They arrived quickly. Easy to install. Henry going again.Happiness!
