Genuine Parts Vs Compatible Parts
Genuine Parts Vs Compatible Parts
We offer both genuine and compatible replacement parts, clearly identified in each product listing so you always know what you're buying.
Genuine Parts
Genuine parts are manufactured by, or for, the original vacuum cleaner manufacturer. They're designed specifically for your machine, and we aim to offer them at competitive prices.
What Are Compatible Parts?
Compatible parts are made by independent manufacturers rather than the original brand. They're designed to fit and work with the specified vacuum cleaner models, often at a more affordable price.
With years of experience repairing vacuum cleaners, we've carefully selected compatible parts based on their quality, reliability and value for money.
We only sell compatible parts we'd be happy to use ourselves.
Manufacturer names, model numbers and part numbers are used for compatibility reference purposes where applicable.
